【妙高 雪中散步】
三月中的妙高，氣溫逐漸回暖，但今年的雪量依舊豐富，雙寶還是能開心地在雪地裡玩耍！

上週放假時，我們跟鄰居阿公一起到後山採集楓糖漿。小朋友不用穿雪靴，但大人穿上雪靴走起來更穩，不容易陷進雪中。雙寶光是走在雪上就玩得不亦樂乎，久違的雪地散步，讓她們興奮不已！天氣晴朗的森林裡，還能發現兔子或狐狸的腳印，就算不滑雪，也非常推薦大家來體驗雪中漫步的樂趣～

楓樹大約在一月底，阿公們就會上山鑽洞，設置寶特瓶收集楓糖汁。之後，每隔幾天就要拉著雪橇上山檢查，並將收集到的楓糖汁運回山下，是個費時又費力的工作！

這次，雙寶對著樹洞直接品嚐新鮮的楓糖汁，糖度約1度左右，喝得超開心～接著，這些楓糖汁需要慢火熬煮，濃縮至原本的1/40，糖度才會超過30度，變成真正的楓糖漿！阿公還特別分了一些楓糖汁給我們，讓我們放在暖爐上慢慢熬煮，期待能品嚐到自己熬的楓糖～

採集完楓糖漿後，雙寶繼續拉著大雪橇，在斜坡上瘋狂玩雪！而三月的妙高，也開始慢慢飄著花粉了，大家記得要增強免疫力喔～我們家最近可是每天都在喝 R1 ！笑
